Oundle players should be respectful of match officials, visitors and opponents. Positive attitude, supportive of coaches, fellow players and volunteers. Contribute to the club for improvement and safety. Have high standards for personal achievement and team success.

An Oundle player should be able to play in any team with confidence. He/She can pass of either hand, tackle safely, make decisions. Communicate as part of a team and as an individual providing feedback. Understand, enjoy and participate to the best of his/her ability in the game of rugby union.
